Metallitia ? Those of you that have already heard of the Band know exactly what its all about, to those who don't and all who'd like to have a closer peek, here is a Brief Bio which hopefully will give you an Insight to what we're about ......
Formed in the Summer of 99 to take part in Cliff Burton's Anniversary Bash in Dublin, the make-shift Band based themselves on the classic Master of Puppets era line up for this one off gig they played... Almost everything from the Master of Puppets Album and other songs from the first two albums. The audience understandably went beserk and when Metallitia ended the night with a blistering rendition of Damage Inc. There was an all round feeling..that they were onto something good.....
So, Who the hell are Metallitia ? Well, All members of the band are huge Metallica fans, some having seen them in '86, one even securing Cliff Burtons autograph on the Inside Sleeve of his Kill Em' album... They all entered into this Band purely for their and the audiences Entertainment ....
Singer / Guitarist Flash, can be seen playing Lead Guitar in the mighty Thin Az Lizzy ....
Lead Guitarist Richie Sheehan, has been in other bands with everybody from the Metallitia line up, as well as playing in many original bands along the way ....
Bass Player Paddy Levins is also a well known and accmplished Musician having also played together with the other three in the past ....
Drummer James Brennan, has put in his time with just about everybody, Big Generator to The Rock Monsters and Badge ....
